SpringBoard, our consulting services methodology, combines best practices learned over thousands of content projects implemented for some of the biggest brands. There are three phases to our methodology: Discover, Configure, and Deliver.
In the Discover phase, we help prepare your organization for the configuration and rollout of SpringCM. While SpringCM is easy to set up, mirroring internal workflows and business processes may involve thinking through existing processes and imagining new ways to do things. That's where we excel. We'll work with you to gain stakeholder buy-in, understand the implementation plan and objectives, and learn about and define your business processes. During the Configure phase, we review the approved design documents with you. During this phase we also create documentation detailing configuration settings, data migration, and other processes.
