Trial Has Expired
You log in and see: Your SpringCM trial has expired. Please contact Customer Support to reactivate your account and continue using SpringCM.
You have been using a trial version of SpringCM. Trials are restricted in length and once you reach the maximum number of days, your trial account expires. Please contact a SpringCM support representative to reactivate your account.
Account has Been Cancelled
You log in and see: Your SpringCM account has been cancelled. Please contact Customer Support if this is unexpected or if you would like to reactivate the account.
The account to which you have access has been deactivated. If this is unexpected behavior, please have your administrator contact your account's support representative at SpringCM.
Temporarily Suspended for Maintenance Purposes
You log in and see: Access to your SpringCM account is currently unavailable for maintenance purposes. Please contact Customer Support for any urgent account-related challenges.
At SpringCM, we constantly strive to make the product experience better. As a result, occasional maintenance is required which possibly renders your account locked for a brief period of time. If you have an urgent need to log into your account, please contact our customer support team and we can work with you to accomplish your tasks.
Restricted IP Address
You log in and see: Settings for your SpringCM account have restricted access for this IP address (00.000.000.00). Please contact your account administrator if this is unexpected.
SpringCM can't connect to its services via your IP address. You should get in touch with your SpringCM account administrator to verify network configuration. Contact your customer support representative if this problem persists after verifying connectivity.
Restricted Time-based Access
You log in and see: Settings for your SpringCM account have restricted access at this time. Please contact your account administrator if this is unexpected.
Configuration settings which are preventing you from logging into your SpringCM account have been applied. Contact your SpringCM account administrator to remedy this issue.
